As part of the DT the MCC approach is widely used to manage the target indicators. Effective interaction between participants of the object development and management processes is ensured by UX and UI design approaches. The required quality of DT’ calculation tools is ensured by introducing algorithms for bifurcation analysis, soft modeling, network analysis, multicriteria optimization aimed at solving the problems of incompleteness of external and internal information, the complex dependence of digital twin object’s competitiveness on factors, and the mutual influence of factors. The methods used make it possible to consider DT as a promising tool for improving the efficiency of complex objects. The critical depth of the transverse crack is 25 % of the thickness of the functional coating. Transverse cracks with a depth of no more than 40-60 % of its critical depth are stable. To reduce the defect of the functional coating, its layer - by - layer application to the base is recommended. An approach to identifying the area of interest and localization of the controlled object on the radar image is proposed. A method for recognizing test objects using the support vector machine has been developed, which is compared with the traditional training technology on real data from the MSTAR radar image database. The comparison of the probabilities of a positive outcome of the proposed algorithm with the most common methods of recognition of objects under control is carried out. The dependence of the recognition probabilities on the dimension of the training sample is investigated. The results of experiments are presented that confirm the possibility of achieving high quality recognition when training the classifier on images obtained by mathematical modeling. The mechanism of action of tannins and alginates on the stabilization of construction foam and the reduction of the thermal conductivity coefficient of foam concrete is considered. A heat - shielding structure with fixed formwork is proposed. It is shown that the thickness of the structure is reduced by 30 % when using low density foam concrete. To evaluate the effectiveness of the developed low - density non - autoclaved foam concrete, a method for generating perspective predictive images of buildings and structures (in the infrared range) is proposed, taking into account the characteristics of the construction area and the area near them in the conditions of the Arctic region. The normalized defect sizes that determine the condition of the coating are highlighted: the maximum defect size that does not lead to failure; the maximum defect size that does not lead to a limiting condition; the maximum defect size that does not affect the coating quality indicator. A linear model of normalizing the size of the coating defect in strength has been developed. The model shows the relationship between the size of the coating defect and the probability of a dangerous event (failure, limit state). The influence of technological modes of coating application on the normalization of size by strength is considered.
