In the conditions of a constant increase in the subscriber base of satellite communication systems and a fundamental limitation of the time - frequency resource of the satellite communication network, an operational distribution of the radio resource is necessary. The solution to the presented problem situation is to improve the methods of planning and distributing the time - frequency resource in order to increase the efficiency of its use. The method proposed by the authors differs from the known ones by dividing satellite communication channels into the main ones - planned in accordance with the communication organization scheme and additional ones - provided in case of an increase in the load intensity through the use of a control channel. The proposed method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of using the limited radio resource of the satellite communication network in situations where an increase in the intensity of transmitted traffic or the number of subscribers is predicted. The paper identifies and describes the discrepancies in the values of the extracted and newly formed luminance components during the reverse formation of the RGB color model. An example of embedding additional information into a generated stegocontainer using MPEG-4 and H.264 video codecs using the developed software is given. A mathematical model of data presentation is proposed, which is based on the modernized method of latent semantic analysis (MLSA) and a dictionary of key phrases with an increasing coefficient. The MLSA is used to identify the semantic dependencies between the terms of documents and to obtain the correspondence coefficient of the compared vectors.It is shown that the use of the proposed modernized method of latent - semantic analysis in conjunction with a dictionary of key phrases with an increasing coefficient makes it possible to increase the efficiency of automatic rubrication of heterogeneous information in the IAS. The authors propose an approach to improving the stability of the multi - satellite communication systems functioning of different heights by reducing the time of signal search when entering into synchronism for each inter - satellite radio line. It is possible to achieve this effect due to the use of a code manipulating sequence generated on the basis of two generating components as a pseudorandom sequence. The approach proposed in thepaper, which is reflected in the search model for a derivative of a phase - manipulated broadband signal of intersatellite radio lines of a multi - satellite communication system of different heights, reduces the time of signal search by delay when meeting the requirements for the simplicity of generating a code manipulating sequence and a high equivalent linear complexity of the elements of an ensemble of signals. The difficulty of correctly determining the value of the fuel ignition delay period is due to the fact that when using the S. Arrhenius equation, it is necessary to determine the coefficients included in it for each specific engine that differs in gas - dynamic conditions in the combustion chamber. As a result of the computational and theoretical research carried out by the team of authors, a method for determining the magnitude of the fuel ignition delay period was developed and the coefficients of the equation for the conditions of the combustion chamber of the B-92C2 tank engine were obtained. It has been established that an increase in the number of passes during EMT contributes to an increase in the depth of the hardened layer and its microhardness, due to the increased electrical resistance of the previously hardened structures obtained and the increase in the high - temperature impact zone with subsequent martensitic transformations. Preliminary heat treatment makes it possible to increase the efficiency of electromechanical processing, to obtain a higher degree of hardening of the surface layer with an increase in productivity. A higher degree of hardening after EMT is observed in steels with a high carbon content, in high - carbon steels a pronounced light layer is formed, which is explained by the fine structure of these steels, a high carbon content, as well as higher electrical resistance and lower thermal conductivity. Full-scale tests of the material under the influence of sea moisture, atmospheric precipitations and exhaust gases were carried out, surface degradation and transparency reduction were found out. Optical parts in devices are usually used under conditions of simultaneous exposure to large gradients of temperature, pressure and light radiation. Numerical modeling of the products stability under specific operating conditions was carried out and consistent results were obtained. The conditions for the implementation of two different modes of erosion of the dam body made of local materials were studied: the plane - parallel mode of erosion of the dam, when the soil is washed away evenly along the entire length of the pressure front, and the spatial mode of erosion of the dam with the formation of a hole. A criterion for changing the erosion modes for the studied scale of the dam model is obtained. The regime of uniform erosion is probably implemented at the lower dams in the cascade of hydroelectric facilities in the event of an accident or a terrorist act at the higher dam.
