To increase the throughput of radio lines, algorithms for controlling the parameters of signal and data processing devices are investigated, developed and used both at the physical and channel levels of data transmission systems. At the same time, the issues of controlling the algorithms for the formation and reception of signals in tropospheric communication lines have been insufficiently studied. The article discusses the conditions for choosing the adaptation algorithm for the operating frequency, based on the estimate of the loss of the information exchange rate for the «blind» adaptation algorithm and for the adaptation algorithm with a sequential estimate of the operating frequencies. It is possible to evaluate the accuracy of finding the communication object from the depth of fading of the received signal according to the generalized Nakagami law and the relative location of the monitored objects by the communication security control post when exposed to extraneous radio sources. The model allows us to judge an increase in the accuracy of determining the location of monitoring objects from the angular bearing error, which significantly increases the timeliness of radio monitoring and the reliability of received information from radio sources in a complex signal - interference environment. Three methods of controlling such devices using information about forces are identified. Based on the considered methods, the optimal method for controlling small - sized manipulators has been selected. Structural schemes of the manipulator control system have been developed to control the force of the gripper and to control the forces in manipulator’s joints. Based on the analysis of existing hydrodiode designs, a new high diode vortex hydrodiode design was proposed. Theoretical studies of the characteristics of the vortex hydrodiode of increased diode are given. A numerical simulation of the flow of liquid in the vortex diode channels was performed using the Ansys CFX software package in the forward and reverse direction. There are obtained patterns of currents, fields of distributions of flow parameters in the flow part of hydrodiode and its flow characteristics. On the basis of the conducted numerical experiment, optimal geometric dimensions of the hydrodiode of increased diodicity were selected, which provide maximum diodicity for given boundary conditions. In order to identify the prerequisites for the main participants’ actions, the structure of factors that determine the effectiveness of activities in the changing energy market has been analyzed, based on a set of competitiveness management models (Matrix of Core Competencies approach).
