To solve the navigation problem, optimization algorithms based on the use of empirical search methods are proposed. The calculation of the accuracy of estimating the position vector of the consumer in visibility conditions from one to three navigation spacecraft with an unknown mixing of the receiver time scale relative to the system one is made. The formation of reflection spectra is performed according to a linear law based on the mixing of laboratory reflection spectra of materials and coatings, which makes it possible to reproduce the spectral distribution of the optical radiation flux reflected from an artificial earth satellite in the visible range. The article substantiates the impossibility of currently existing ground - based observation facilities to provide the resolution required for separate observation of individual structural elements of an artificial earth satellite, which determines the need to study and analyze spectrophotometric information, namely reflection spectra. The model is based on the assumption that if the surface of an artificial earth satellite reflecting at the time of observation is divided proportionally in accordance with the content of the materials and coatings of which it consists, then the reflected radiation transmits the spectral characteristics of these materials in the same proportions. Physical modeling was performed inside the boxes in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped with a volume of 29,7 m3, as well as 0,55 and 0,16 m3. The experiments evaluated the temperature and mass concentration of smoke. Numerical calculations were performed on threedimensional finite - difference grids. The averaged three - dimensional convection motion of air was described by Reynolds equations in the variables speed - pressure - temperature. The turbulent characteristics of the air were determined using a two - parameter k - ε turbulence model. The results of the comparison show the reliability of the original differential equations of air motion, boundary and initial conditions, and their finitedifference approximation. It is shown that it is necessary to use equations that assume its inertial but passive behavior when describing the movement of smoke. The turbulent characteristics of the air were determined using a two - parameter k - ε turbulence model. The movement of smoke was described by equations that assume its inertial, but passive (due to the low volume concentration) behavior. The results of the comparison show the reliability of the original differential equations of smoke motion, boundary and initial conditions, and their finite - difference approximation. In the results of calculations of this criterion using physical and mechanical properties, it is established that the impact hazard of the rock is 14,91, and the ore is 13,05 relative units compared to the 1st relative unit of the stowing array. From this, it was concluded that the stowing array is not a shock hazard, which was confirmed by the statistics of mining bumps at the Oktyabrsky mine. Based on the article, the following conclusions are made: for predicting the impact hazard, we can recommend the relative multidimensional of comparison criterion of Yakheev, and as a way to combat mountain impacts, we can place workings in the stowing array.
