Strong kazacks of the Caucasus: guarantees of Russia’s national security

The possibilities of work of the Kazacks in the public service to ensure protection of public order and state borders and protection of the Russian population present in the North Caucasus Federal District are disclosed. It has been concluded that in order to preserve the balance of forces, the presence of Russian statehood, culture and Orthodox faith, it is necessary, in contrast to the development of radical forms of Islamic religion, to create a strong, well-organized bloc of Kazakh society. These properties are largely determined by the level of technical condition, which depends, firstly, on the reliability of the design of automobiles, and secondly, on measures to maintain and ensure their working condition during operation and on the conditions of the latter. If the reliability of the design is laid at the stages of design and production, then the most complete use of potential capabilities is determined by the stage of maintenance and repair, and, therefore, the performance of military automotive equipment is supported and provided by the technical operation system. The solidity of the material formed by selective laser melting guarantees high mechanical and operational properties of the metal product. A characteristic and common defect of selective laser melting is a significant porosity of the metal. Gas pores inside the tracks and inter-track cavities (pores) are distinguished by their location and shape. The influence of the technological regime of selective laser melting and the thermal properties of the metal on the shape of the cross-section of the unit track and on the porosity is shown. To describe the geometric characteristics of a single track, its connection with a neighboring track and the underlying layer, the overlap coefficient of neighboring tracks and the overlap coefficient of neighboring layers are introduced.
