In the last 10 years, a new activity for the army in the organization of material and technical support of the troops has been developed-the participation of the civil sector of the economy in it. In the study of the experience were identified as positive and negative aspects. Discussing the prospects for the development of the food supply system of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, it is emphasized that in conditions of increasing physical and psychological stress on the body of soldiers in extreme situations will require the development of new diets, characterized by reduced volume, as well as optimal balanced chemical composition and energy value. The most significant of them are the low reliability of detection of computer attacks due to the verification of a small number of signs indicating the impact of computer attacks, the low value of the coefficient of serviceability of the automated system, due to the blocking of information message packets at each fact of detection of active and passive computer attacks without taking into account the awareness of the offender about the protected network of the automated system. The proposed method is based on the fact that the intruder needs to collect information about the network in order to influence the protected network of the automated network. The article presents the description of the method of resolution enhancement for radar systems ground-based identification of small objects by Doppler filtering. To increase the resolution when receiving response signals in the main lobe, it is proposed to use narrowband Doppler filters that narrow the directional pattern for receiving response signals. The block of Doppler frequency filters is included in the radar block diagram and their parameters are calculated. They are caused by the discrepancy between the overpressure rise rate ΔpS(t) in the front region of the explosion wave and the dynamic properties of the measuring systems. These dynamic properties can change quite arbitrarily during the experiment by changing the technical characteristics of the measuring systems. There is a need for an indirect method to control these dynamic properties. This method is proposed in the article. It consists in solving the inverse problem of finding ΔpS(t) by Δp(t). As the regularizing operator for the front region of the signal ΔpS(t) is used containing the exponential function. The proposed indirect method should only complement the direct method of monitoring the dynamic properties of measuring systems in the shock tube and is designed to assess the quality of preparation for experiments. The static pressure extremum conditions after the point of reflection of the shock with fixed strength depending on oncoming flow Mach number are determined analytically. The obtained results are applied to solution of the mechanically equivalent problem of the reflection of a propagating shock from an inclined surface. Non-monotonic variation of the mechanical loads on the obstacle with respect to its inclination angle is shown; the obstacle slope angles that correspond to pressure minima downwards of the unsteady shock reflection point are determined analytically. The distortions manifest themselves in the form of high frequency oscillations on the experimental plots Δp(t) of overpressure. They are often caused by the discrepancy of the dynamic properties of measuring instruments to the process of pressure increase ΔpS(t) in the front region of the recorded explosion wave. Distortions can lead both to «flooding» of the wave front and to its «aggravation». The article demonstrates the effect of the dynamic properties of the measuring instruments on the accuracy of determining the front parameters of the explosive wave. It is shown that the main reasons for the fracture of a multilayer glass in the penetration of a high-speed projectile are either high stresses in the impact zone of the projectile or tensile stresses arising from the bending of the glass layers at the interface. Therefore, the intensive fracture of glass layers (except the front one) does not begin from the interface with the previous layer, but from the interface with the subsequent layer and spreads towards the impact. Low-strength adhesive layer between the layers of glass delays and even stops the propagation of the wave of fracture from the previous layer of glass to the next. Dmitriy Dmitriyevich Keywords: | Abstract:The article discusses the methods of obtaining a bullet-resistant material from ballistic fabric due to the additional processing of the threads of fabrics with various compositions, including high-molecular organic compound of polyvinyl alcohol, nanocellulose. To increase the strength of ballistic fabrics, technologies are used based on the impregnation of fabrics with liquid formulations of various formulations. The saturation of the ballistic tissue with liquid compounds causes the convergence of molecules bonded to each other, which leads to the formation of weak chemical bonds with the polymer chains of the fiber of the ballistic tissue. At the same time, the slight bonding of the fibers of the ballistic fabric allows to preserve its flexibility. It is shown that the considered methods of processing ballistic fabric allow to obtain a bullet-resistant material, superior to the source material for ballistic resistance. A brief overview of the existing thin-layer radio-transparent protective coatings is given. In the framework of the experiment, the work of radio transmitting equipment at different frequencies is simulated and the attenuation of the electromagnetic wave is estimated depending on the thickness of the protective coating and the reinforcement parameters of polymer-cement concretes.
