The attention is paid to the fact that the subjects of design and construction processes in the person of the designer-armorer or design Bureau are systems, which implies the effective use of system methodology, system approach in the practice of management of creative teams. Nikolay Nikolaevich Keywords: | Abstract:High dynamic load in front region of air explosion wave leads to essential distortions during overpressure measurement and registration. The distortions manifest themselves in the form of high frequency oscillations on the experimental plots Δp(t) of overpressure. Often they are caused by the discrepancy of the dynamic properties of the measuring systems to the process of pressure increase ΔpS(t) in the front region of the recorded explosion wave. The article demonstrates the effect of the dynamic properties of the measuring system on the accuracy of determining the amplitude Δp+ of the pressure in the explosive wave. Based on the comparison of experimental and calculated results, it is proposed a condition for selecting a measuring system in which this effect is minimized. Also demonstrates the ability to identify on the basis of joint analysis of experienced and calculated data the dynamic error in the determination of the amplitude Δp+ waves. Expressions for mass velocity and pressure profiles in the front of a weak explosive wave are obtained. They well describe the change in excess pressure in the front is not only weak, but also a strong explosive wave. Comparison of these dependences shows that pressure must reach its maximum sooner than mass velocity. In other words, the «splitting» of the parameters of a gas-dynamic flow is possible within the explosive wave front. This is supported by the experimental data. Vladimir Vladislavovich Keywords: | Abstract:The main problems that were solved during development of submersible complex operating on thermal neutron analysis basis for detecting explosive, toxic and radioactive materials in potentially dangerous objects under water are considered. Main tasks were: selection of watertight capsule material, selection of neutron generator type, selection of detector type and detector characteristics. On the example of obtained spectra, the choice of option for complex construction is explained. As a result, experimental specimen of the complex was built and tested. Complex consisted of: d-d type neutron generator emissing neutrons in continuous mode with neutron yield of 1,5·107 s-1, BGO type gamma-detector and computer with special software. The complex allows detection of 3 kg of explosive and 5 kg of sulfur-containing toxic materials for 10 minutes at distance up to 10 sm, and radioactive substances dissolved in water, including 137Cs with volumetric activity of more than 500 Bq/m3. This allows you to create more up-to-date backups than existing methods, in which the backup period is permanent. The method can be used to increase the efficiency of the functioning of information systems that operate under destructive effects of various kinds. As the basic criteria of appointment, standardization and unification, reliability, firmness to external factors are allocated. The destination criterion avoids the attempt to expand the application of the notion of military measuring instruments to technical means that are functionally designed to use measurement results for other end uses. The criterion of standardization and unification determines the requirements for the completeness of military measurement equipment with unified and original elements. The reliability criterion defines the requirements for military measuring instruments to preserve in time the ability to perform the required functions in the specified modes and conditions of application, maintenance, storage and transportation. The criterion of resistance to external influencing factors determines the requirements for ensuring the properties of military measuring instruments to maintain the ability to perform the required functions in conditions of established types of impacts of external factors. At present, the most appropriate solution is the use of filters for water purification and disinfection. The main types of individual and group water purification devices used up to the state of drinking domestic and foreign production are considered. Analysis of filtering systems (Aquamira filter tubes (USA), Katadyn flasks (Switzerland), LifeStraw filters (USA, China), etc.), which provide purification of water from natural sources, showed that water purification and disinfection in these systems is provided at the expense of membrane fibers (LifeStraw), or sorption materials with the use of disinfecting elements (Katadyn).
