Nikolay Nikolaevich Keywords: | Abstract:All calculations of objects on resistance to mechanical impact of explosion are traditionally carried out for air shock wave. In place so in reality the explosive wave front is expanded. In the article the method of estimation of the average loadings created by a real explosive wave at diffraction on a standard barrier is offered. Its reliability is demonstrated on the relevant experimental data. It is shown that the inclusion of the extended front of the explosive wave allows for a given regulatory level of impact on Δp+ 2...6 times to reduce the estimated level of maximum loads and accelerations of the object in comparison with calculations based on the traditional idea of a shock wave. Alexander Alexandrovich Keywords: | Abstract:At present, there is a tendency to use unauthorized technical means, using a hidden transmission of information. Ensuring the stealth transmission is achieved through the use of signals with a small power spectral density and a wide spectrum. Such signals with a limited duration have a spectrum of unlimited length. This leads to the possibility of using them to hide the radiation of means of secretly extracting information and, accordingly, to complicate the search for radio channels of these means. The existing methods of detecting private information transmission are mainly aimed at searching for narrowband signals or broadband ones that require a priori fame of their parameters. The presented technique is based on a new method for detecting unauthorized electronic devices using broadband signals for information transmission as information. A distinctive feature of the technique is the detection of broadband signals, as well as the moments of their operation in a predetermined frequency range in the absence of preliminary data on their parameters due to the analysis of the interference environment. The integral criterion of evaluation of technical condition of propellants propellants during prolonged storage is adopted, the supply of chemical resistance. The change in the technical state of the propellant charge is a stochastic dynamic system described by a three-dimensional vector of a random stochastic branching process with a finite number of types of «particles». The obtained system of differential equations is solved with the help of generating functions. Igor Vladimirovich Keywords: | Abstract:This article presents the results of full-scale tests of a technical device based on a heterogeneous two-phase medium to suppress the damaging effects of underwater explosions. The fundamental possibility of mitigation of underwater shock wave, formed after detonation of the explosive charge, by two-phase heterogeneous medium layer was shown. Prototypes of technical devices for underwater explosion mitigation were made of thin shells filled with two-phase organic and nonorganic material of different thickness. To determine the effectiveness of the technical means for suppressing the damaging factors of the underwater explosion, the detonations of 0,8 kg of ammonite 6 GV were carried out in a closed reservoir at a depth of 2,8 meters. It was established experimentally, that the underwater shock wave amplitude was the most effectively reduced by technical device based on organic material with 18 cm thickness. When evaluating working conditions the noise levels and infrasound at working places military personnel meet the hazardous classes that creates high risks of development of occupational diseases. Noise exposure leads to a reduction of military-professional health and increase morbidity. In the current regulations of the military medical services noise and infrasound are not identified as a harmful factor, and therefore not fully developed the issues of professional selection and medical examination of noise pathology. An important place in the system of prevention of harmful action of noise is given to PPE. Their absence and the low efficiency of acoustic threaten the safety of military personnel.
