It provides a reasonable definition of indicators for the analysis and the repair system synthesis. The suggested indicators allow to assign the data and volume of command-staff vehicle preventive repair. They can be used to reduce the value of the command-and-staff vehicle flow failure parameter (or to increase the average time between failures) within the of operational time limits, when the indicator increases significantly. As a result, it is possible to provide the required values of readiness and the command-staff vehicles stability.
