This article studies an approach to solve a practical task to make the necessary documents which contain the data on the avionics industry. The manufacturer receives all the data on the rejections as technical reclamation acts made on paper. The research act is made while the investigation of the defect cause which confirms or not confirms the defect and also this act contains the rejection cause and the mean time between failures when the defect was found while the item was operating. This data is necessary to confirm practically the reliability engineering rate and must be available for the automatic processing. This article describes the special software which helps to make the necessary documents of the device rejection data as a part of the company general information system.

In A.F. Ioffe PTI there were provided physico-gasdynamic research at Big Range ∅ 1/14 m, which was named like Big Ballistic Range. During 1997-2002 there was guided the complex of aeroballistic research for Warheads and new projectiles. There were gathered data for gun velocities and the chamber conditions and there was achieved the M = 0,8 - 6 and the Re = 5·104 - 5·106. The data obtained at the Range contributed into designing they were inserted into numerical simulation investigating into numerical simulation verification. There was occurred the jet guiding of the cone warhead. There was developed EFP series, presenting data for designing. There are formulated the conditions to the engineers for the EFP designing. There are recommended EFP shapes with better stability and with the reduced drag. Taking in mind the important sector to investigate aerodynamics of rockets and projectiles in ballistic range it is used to acquaint the engineers with the installation ability.

Results indicate that the dependence of the diameter of the dispersion and angular dispersion of the range are nonlinear.
