The main point of the method of the system condition probabilities evaluation is described. This method is based on purposeful transformation of a non-Poisson event stream into the Poisson one due to reduction of the arbitrary initial function of the transformation time distribution to the exponential distribution by randomization of its parameters. It is shown that the application of the exponential distribution parameter randomization procedure allows mathematical simulations that describe complex stochastic system operations sufficiently. The possibility of study of nonstationary process of powder gases flowing out from the nozzle with time-varying section by the set of stationary problems is showed. Two-dimensional modeling of gases action on flow controller is done. Approximated relations for force value which acts flow controllers with different configurations from chamber pressure and shift from initial position are presented.
