THE MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF THE GROUNDING THE AMOUNT OF INSPECTION DEVICES ON THE OBJECT OF TRANSPORT

The approach to determination the amount of inspection devices based on the use of schemes of reproduction and death, describing the analytical dependences the quantitative indicators: economic costs for the establishment and operation of inspection systems; the amount of inspection objects that’s idle for waiting for the service; the amount of inspection devices that’s idle for waiting for inspection objects. Modeling of the process of operation of the inspection system is carried out with using well-known scientific - methodical apparatus of the Theory of mass service. The distinctions of presented mathematical model are: using of optimization criterion is the average cost of idle resources, allowing to take into account the demands of provisions of the safe operation of transport object and the implementation of its maximum carrying capacity; the imposition of restrictions taking into account the technical characteristics of the inspection devices and narrowness of resources on the creation of the inspection system. It is proposed to use the developed model to simulate of process of operation of inspection systems, receiving of numerical values of the amount of inspection devices on the object of transport.
