OPTIMIZATION OF PRINCIPAL VOLUMETRIC-STRUCTURAL SOLUTIONS OF PROTECTIVE STRUCTURES
Authors S.A. Tolmachev B.P. Lebed I.N. Kuzhekin Key words:optimization, design solutions, DCS, protective structures, building structures, protection, technical and economic indicators | Annotation:This article on optimizing the design and construction solutions (DCS) for protective struc tures (PS) examines the process of achieving the best performance indicators for the in tended purpose of the structure during design. Optimal design should be carried out in ad vance by substantiating the fundamental DCS, which should meet the required properties of the PS while achieving minimal costs for ensuring the required protection. When opti mizing the DCS for PS, conflicts arise between protection and costs, and between costs and the fulfillment of operational, technological, and general construction requirements. MODEL OF OBSTACLE FLYBY SYSTEM IN SIMULATION ENVIRONMENT ANYLOGIC
AuthorsA.E. Privalov M.A. Aleksandrov E.L. Iakovlev S.V. Mishcheryakov Key words:social force model, obstacle flyby, AnyLogic, flyby system, simulation | Annotation:The article proposes a model of an obstacle flyby system in the AnyLogic simulation environment, developed to analyze the time of evacuation of calculation numbers (unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and people) for the preparation and launch of a space rocket from the premises of the launch complex. The model allows you to estimate the time for the complete release of the room by calculation in an emergency situation. The obtained data make it possible to analyze the level of safety of personnel and equipment, optimize the location of emergency exits at the design stage of new facilities, and also use the development as an element of a decision support system to increase the efficiency of operations. ATTENUATION OF BLAST WAVES IN CHANNELS OF CONSTANT CROSS SECTION DURING THEIR ROTATIONS
AuthorsA.I. Lebedev S.I. Kosyakov E.I. Kvetkin Key words:explosion, wave, channel, experiments, turn, trench, angle | Annotation:The results of experiments on the propagation of an explosive wave through channels of constant cross-section are presented, which simulated closed-type trenches widely used in the area of a Special military operation. An unambiguous correspondence between the val ue of the angle of rotation of the channel and the degree of attenuation of the blast wave at this turn is demonstrated. A mathematical relation is proposed that makes it possible to es timate the attenuation of the blast wave at the turn of the trench. The use of this mathemat ical relationship will make it possible to more accurately assess the security of garrisons of military fortifications in the event of an explosion inside the enemy’s high-explosive ammunition. The presented results will also be useful for specialists in countering terrorist explosions in extended rooms and channels. Pages Code UDC: |

SUGGESTIONS FOR LOAD DISTRIBUTION IN SPECIAL-PURPOSE INFORMATION SYSTEMS
AuthorsV.G. Ivanov D.S. Allenov P.I. Kuzin Key words:control systems, special-purpose information systems, distribution of computing and data storage, client-server application information, server load balancing | Annotation:This article examines the operational features of specialized information systems at the tactical command level. A control system is designed to organize, coordinate, and control the actions of units during mission execution. It includes command and control units and control points at various levels. Special-purpose information systems are characterized by specific requirements: high traffic density and variability, the need for rapid decision making, and limited computing resources and communication channels. The effectiveness of control systems depends largely on the state of the server complex, its workload, geographic location, and communication channel capacity. Given this, the use of server load balancing algorithms will improve the performance of highly loaded client-server systems, which in turn will enable task completion on time. Pages Code UDC: |

A MODEL FOR REJECTING TARGET LOCATION HYPOTHESIS FROM AN IMAGE BY A CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK USING AN ADDITIONAL NORMALIZED GRADIENT
Authors V.O. Baiguzov Key words:convolutional neural network, numerical method, hypothesis screening, gradient | Annotation:This article explores a model for screening hypotheses for target location in an image using a convolutional neural network and an additional normalized gradient. The proposed approach combines two features: a binarized normalized gradient generated in two ways (based on the mean intensity value and a comparison of neighboring values) and a color profile. The model reduces the number of hypotheses fed to the convolutional neural network during the preprocessing stage through fast, low-level computations. Experiments have confirmed a 17 % reduction in the number of generated hypotheses on average and a 22 % reduction in image processing time without sacrificing the network’s generalization ability. The results demonstrate the model’s effectiveness for object detection and recognition tasks under limited computing resources. Pages Code UDC: |

ANALYSIS OF EXISTING GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS USED BY THE RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF EMERCOM OF RUSSIA AND ASSESSMENT OF THEIR FUNCTIONAL LIMITATIONS
AuthorsV.G. Ivanov S.N. Kurbanov A.A. Shevchenko P.I. Kuzin Key words:geographic information systems, specialized complexes, risk assessment, proactive management, predictive model, response time, controllability | Annotation:This article examines the specifics of geographic information systems in the modern practice of emergency prevention and response within the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. These systems are becoming a fundamental tool for integrating diverse data, visualizing the operational situation, and supporting decision-making. In emergency situations, particularly those characterized by extensive impact zones and the need for rapid redistribution of forces, the capabilities of geographic information systems are particularly important. An analysis of existing systems demonstrates significant fragmentation and the lack of a single integrated platform capable of covering the full range of tasks arising during emergency response. The identified limitations confirm the relevance of developing a specialized software solution capable of consolidating cartographic resources within a single platform. Pages Code UDC: |
