The developed relations are an alternative to the current firing evaluation tasks of the size of reduced target area, the value which is determined with many assumptions and significant errors. Modeling the interaction of defeating elements with structures from anisotropic materials

The total thickness of the plates in the spaced barrier equals the thickness of the monolithic barrier. The normal impact in the range of initial speeds of 750–3000 m/sec is considered. The problem is solved within the framework of the phenomenological approach of continuum mechanics. Numerical modeling is carried out by the finite element method in a three-dimensional formulation using the EFES 2.0 authoring computer complex. The behavior of the projectile material is described by an elastoplastic medium; an elastic-brittle model of the medium is proposed to describe the behavior of the anisotropic barrier material. The influence of the orientation of the symmetry axes (properties) of the orthotropic material of the barriers on the dynamics of their destruction is investigated, the comparative analysis of the effectiveness of monolithic and spaced barriers is carried out. It is established that the mechanism for increasing the strength of concrete during such modification consists in the involvement of unreacted cement particles in the hydration process with the formation of additional low-base tobermorite-like hydrosilicates, which makes it possible to activate hidden reserves of cements. The process of additional chemical reactions with Sol nanoparticles occurs due to their ultra-small size, which makes up the values for the tests performed 22 nm. Methods of elimination of porosity are considered. A characteristic and common defect of selective laser melting is a significant porosity of the metal. The effect of porosity on the mechanical properties of the metal product is taken into account by the effective stress concentration coefficient determined experimentally. The minimum porosity or maximum relative density of the metal in selective laser melting is due to the optimal technological mode of construction of the product. Methods of elimination of porosity of metal products obtained by selective laser melting are considered. It is shown that hot isostatic pressing in a gas or liquid medium can significantly increase the relative density of the metal products obtained by selective laser melting. A technical description of the local storage system is proposed, which allows to increase the retention time of cryogenic fuel in a liquefied state until critical pressure occurs when the fuel is vented to the atmosphere. A technique has been developed for the use of corrugated structures of cryogenic containers in order to change their volume and ensure that the level of the liquid phase of the fuel is not variable, which will reduce the evaporation rate and, as a result, will increase the period of growth of excess pressure in the tank.
