It is presented the quantitative assessment model of the intruder's danger level on the terrorist group example. The dynamic learning algorithm based on the backpropagation method is offered. Now without preliminary modeling it is, almost, impossible to provide an optimality of the developed control systems of aviation engines. It belongs as to a choice of the optimum transfer functions used in control systems of the engine, and to optimization of control of input parameters of the existing systems [1]. In this article one of possible approaches to creation of mathematical model of a control system by the directing compressor devices (DCD) for the helicopter engine is stated. This model is used for an assessment of efficiency of new algorithm of management the NAC. By results of modeling optimum coefficients of new transfer function are defined, and also the comparative assessment of efficiency of the automatic control and control offered and realized now in the electronic block (BARK) of algorithm of management the NAC is carried out.
