The approach is offered to determination of construction compatibility ofmetals with a possible Rehbinder’s effect manifestation. Short generalization of results of Rehbinder’ effect obtained for the last 40 years in the field of liquid metal embrittlement is made. The destruction structure model produced under the impact of liquid metals gives a general interrelation of the main observed physical phenomena is offered in this article. In kinetic aspect the process of destruction is presented in the form of five stages: adsorptions, diffusions, a viscous current, thermofluctuation destruction of interatomic communications, destruction at macrolevel. Special attention is paid to a stage of thermofluctuation destruction of interatomic communications under the influence of adsorptive active atoms containing in a liquid metal.
