The results of mathematical research process of explosive throwing of steel disc from an end surface of the cylindrical explosive charge were described. Explosive charge height influence on the value of the meridional opening angle and the initial velocity of the different parts of the metal disc was specified. The dependences obtained will be useful for forensic experts for determination of the fragmentation danger level of the improvised explosive devices during judicial and technical expertises.

Mathematical simulation of alert conditions and prediction of their consequences in case of maintenance of means of defeat and ammunition on arsenals of complex storage on the basis of the stochastic controlled branching processes being a special case of Markov processes is executed. The main analytical device of stochastic branching processes are generating functions. In the task of optimum control stochastic branching process looks for a functionality minimum by the principle of a maximum of Pontryagin and a descent method in space of controls. Sharing of these two methods allows to solve successfully the problem of prediction of alert conditions on potentially dangerous object.

This article describes the problem of the soil properties deterioration rocket fuel spills. Themain pollutants are consideredmelange and samine.Analyzes the existing mechanisms for monitoring the land quality and recultivation land contaminated with rocket fuel spills. The basic shortcomings of standard recultivation technologies. An alternative is the use of more environmentally friendly and cost-effective methods of biological restoration of disturbed lands. An example of such a technology is application to the infested ground humus and nutrient mixture of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, followed by inoculation of specially selected herbalmixtures. Found that the most rational parameters of the protective layer is the thickness of 3 cm, the ratio of incoming components 99:1.
