THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION MILITARY PERSONNEL’S MEDICAL SUPPORT IN TERMS OF СOMPLETENESS OF DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MILITARY SERVICE SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
AuthorsS.A. Tsutsiev Key words:medical support, military personnel, Armed forces, management system, security, military service | Annotation:The article is devoted to the search for the reasons for the low efficiency of the functioning of the security management system of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. According to the author, the problem lies in the incompleteness of the process of developing and implementing a security management system. Medical support for the personnel of the Russian army and navy as an element of the security management system of military service was chosen as an evidence base. It has been established that medical support for military personnel is still being implemented independently, out of connection with the security management system, without forming a single, integral structure. It was concluded that the process of developing and implementing a security management system was incomplete. It is necessary to harmonize the governing documents of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, thereby ensuring the unity of goals, objectives, etc. of all elements of the security management system of military service. THE METHOD OF GUARANTEED PREDICTION OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF THE OBJECT OF CONTROL
AuthorsA.N. Detkov N.P. Maydokin Key words:object of control, individual guaranteed forecast, automated workplace, automated maintenance and control system | Annotation:The issues of forecasting the technical condition of the object of control on a small set of control results (up to 3 ... 4) in the presence of measurement errors, the statistical properties of which are not reliably known, are considered. In this case, the use of classical methods of mathematical statistics and the theory of random processes leads to significant errors and low reliability of the forecast. The article, based on the minimax approach, proposes an algorithm for an individual guaranteed forecast of the parameters of the control object, which makes it possible to obtain fairly stable results in the absence of a priori information. The forecast results make it possible to determine a strategy for assigning appropriate moments for monitoring the condition, stopping operation, as well as carrying out preventive and repair work. An empirical formula is obtained for the dependence of the required accuracy of measuring the parameters of the control object on the relative interval of the guaranteed forecast. METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING AN INTELLIGENT DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM BASED ON THE BAYESIAN NETWORK
AuthorsI.V. Dorozko M.A. Aleksandrov A.M. Zubachev Key words:artificial intelligence, decision support system, uncertainty, probability, bayesian networks, a posteriori inference | Annotation:The article discusses the methodology for developing a solution support system based on artificial intelligence models — Bayesian networks. A prototype of an intelligent solution support system for solving a training special task is proposed. To build this system, a priori information is used, which can be obtained in the form of expert assessments or statistical information. The use of posterior inference in Bayesian networks allows you to recalculate the probabilities of all variables taking into account incoming new information, thereby increasing the validity of decisions made in conditions of uncertainty. The proposed toolkit can be used to help decision makers in the context of the prompt receipt of new information and the organization of forecasting, so that decision-making is sufficiently balanced, justified, adequate and prompt. METHODS FOR DESCRIBING THE PROCESS OF FUNCTIONING OF MAINTENANCE-FREE COMPLEX TECHNICAL SYSTEMS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF HIGH-POWER ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION
AuthorsI.P. Yemelyanov A.M. Martynov D.V. Khrestinin Key words:maintenance-free complex technical system, high-power electromagnetic impact, general logic-probabilistic method, event graph | Annotation:Modeling the process of functioning of maintenance-free complex technical systems and the subsequent calculation of indicators of the resistance of functional elements of this system to degrading effects is a difficult multi-level technical task, since a simple comparison of the criteria levels of resistance with the current level of exposure will be incorrect. First of all, this is caused by the numerous functional connections of elements within the system. The article presents a comparative analysis of methods for describing the process of functioning of complex technical systems under the influence of high-power electromagnetic radiation. The main ones are identified and the most appropriate method for describing the process of functioning of an unattended complex technical system is justified, which allows further developing a mathematical model in order to calculate the indicators of resistance of an unattended complex technical system to this type of impact. MATHEMATICAL MODEL OF MOVEMENT ON A RANDOM UNEVEN SURFACE OF A TWO-LINK TRACKED VEHICLE UNDER LOW TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS
AuthorsP.I. Kazorin V.V. Trotsenko M.A. Gontarenko Key words:negative temperatures, smooth running, two-link tracked vehicles, hydraulic shock absorber, mathematical model of movement | Annotation:Research has established that at temperatures of –27 °C and below, hydraulic shock absorbers confirm their performance. It takes quite a long time for the muffler to reach its operating characteristics while the vehicle is moving at such temperatures, resulting in a deterioration in the smoothness of the vehicle, an increase in the load on its driver, which in turn affects the decrease in the average speed of the vehicle. It should also be noted that the smooth running of a tracked vehicle has a decisive influence on the probability of hitting a target when firing a combat vehicle on the move. In the article, the authors proposed a mathematical model of movement on a random uneven surface of a two-link tracked vehicle under low temperature conditions, taking into account the regulation of the temperature of the shock absorber fluid. METHOD OF CONSTRUCTING THE STRUCTURE OF THE INFORMATION FIELD OF A RANGE SHOOTING COMPLEX WITHOUT A TARGET TYPE
AuthorsM.A. Filippov Key words:information field, range shooting complex, synthesis of а structure, information, data | Annotation:The level of development of information technology determines the transition to shooting range complexes based on an unmarked architecture (without the use of material targets). The use of a scenario approach to the formation of information fields of such complexes is ineffective, limits their technical potential and, ultimately, does not provide an increase in the level of preparedness of operators of weapons systems. The article proposes a method for constructing the structure of the information field of a shooting range complex (IFSR) of without a target type based on the decomposition of the information field of the external environment, as well as the synthesis of the structure of the IFSR by reverse logical inference. A system of rules for the synthesis of the structure of the information field has been developed, in which the formed structure is correct. A new formalization AND/OR graph of the structure of an IFSR of without a target type is proposed. Pages66-72 Code UDC:004.02; 623.59 |

METHOD OF DETERMINING THE ORDER OF MOVEMENTS OF SPECIAL UNITS IN THE CONDITIONS OF SPECIFIC INTELLIGENCE
AuthorsV.A. Parfirov Key words:specific reconnaissance, temporary contact, column, route, planning method, relocation, special unit | Annotation:The relevance of the work is due to the wide availability of species reconnaissance tools to foreign armies and illegal military formations, which makes it difficult to ensure the secrecy of the actions of special units. The purpose of the work is to increase the protection of special units from the means of species reconnaissance during movement. Based on the methods of analytical geometry, probability theory, optimization and evaluation of intelligence protection, a method for determining the order of movements of special units in the conditions of species reconnaissance has been developed. The novelty of the method is that in it, as a criterion for determining the optimality of the route, the predicted value of the possibility of conducting species reconnaissance by the opposing side is used. The developed method can be used to create software for decision support systems in special action planning systems. Pages101-111 Code UDC:623.618 |

EVALUATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF SUPERSONIC SPRAYING PARAMETERS WITH MULTI-JET SPRAY GAS SUPPLY ON THE STRENGTH OF POLYMER COATINGS OF SPECIAL-PURPOSE EQUIPMENT
AuthorsA.Yu. Andryushkin E.A. Izyumova E.S. Artamonova Key words:polymer coating, supersonic spraying, quality indicators, strength, uniformity, spraying method | Annotation:Polymer coatings are widely used to ensure the reliability and survivability of specialpurpose equipment. The method of supersonic spraying of polymer coatings with a multijet supply of spraying gas is considered. Empirical dependences are obtained: the average diameter of the droplets of the sprayed composition, the strength of the polymer coating when detached from the substrate, as well as when stretched, on the parameters of supersonic spraying. The following parameters of supersonic spraying contribute to a decrease in the average diameter of the droplets of the sprayed composition and an increase in the strength of the polymer coating: an increase in the number of gas supply nozzles, a decrease in the diameter of the feed channel of the sprayed composition, an increase in the Mach criterion at the outlet of the nozzles. A causal relationship has been established between the parameters of supersonic spraying, the droplet sizes of the sprayed composition, the uniformity of the mixture sprayed on the coated surface and the strength of the cured polymer coating.
