FORECASTING THE DYNAMICS OF HUMAN MOBILIZATION RESOURCES WHEN PLANNING PARTIAL MOBILIZATION IN AN EPIDEMIC
AuthorsAnisimov Vladimir Georgievich Sazykin Andrey Mikhailovich Fetisov Alexander Vadimovich Key words:partial mobilization, planning, human mobilization resources, epidemic conditions, forecasting, model | Annotation:Partial mobilization is one of the important measures to ensure the protection of the population and state sovereignty in emergency situations. The quality of planning for partial mobilization largely depends on the information support of the relevant military command and control agencies. One of the important tasks in this case is forecasting the state of human mobilization resources in the corresponding region. This task is of particular importance in the context of epidemics. To solve this problem, the article proposes a model that allows predicting the dynamics of the number of human resources available for solving the problems of mobilization deployment of human resources in epidemic conditions. The formalization of the model is carried out on the basis of the mathematical apparatus of differential equations. The model can be recommended for practical use in the relevant decision support subsystems in the management of mobilization deployment in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and administrative districts located on their territory. AN APPROACH TO IDENTIFYING DYNAMIC NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE OBJECTS IN THE TASKS OF INVESTIGATING COMPUTER INFORMATION SECURITY INCIDENTS
AuthorsRomanov Pavel Andreevich Danilov Vitaly Vitalievich Bugaev Ivan Andreevich Key words:network traffic parameters, dynamic object, network object status, diagnostics | Annotation:This article presents an approach to the identification of dynamic network infrastructure objects representing multidimensional dynamic systems. Hypotheses are put forward for changes in the parameters of network traffic (PST) of application protocols with overlapping areas of profiles of network objects, due to the presence of a large number of features characterizing network interaction. Based on the fact that solving the problems of investigating computer incidents of information security directly depends on determining the vulnerable states of network objects, the possibility of using this approach in various conditions of the network environment is justified. The parameters necessary for the identification of objects are identified during the deferred processing of data presented in the form of network traffic dumps of communication channels of information and telecommunication networks (ITCS). METHOD FORMALIZATION OF MEASURES TO ENSURE THE SURVIVABILITY OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT FACILITIES, AS WELL AS MEANS OF THEIR PASSIVE AND ACTIVE PROTECTION
AuthorsLazorkin Valery Ivanovich Guda Nikita Sergeevich Key words:survivability, protection, camouflage, recovery, technical cover | Annotation:The article proposes a method for formalizing measures to ensure the survivability of railway infrastructure facilities, including engineering and technical measures, active protection measures and electronic countermeasures against attacking weapons. The determination of the combination of these measures consists in the distribution of costs for their implementation, at which the maximum survivability indicator occurs. If there is reason to believe that implementation costs can be reduced by optimizing their composition, then there is a need to consider many combinations and choose the one that is characterized by the lowest cost. Based on the proposed method, a comparative assessment of various options for organizing measures to ensure survivability can be made, and justified proposals for their implementation can be made, subject to restrictions on the composition of means and compliance of survivability indicators with the required values. ON THE EFFECT OF THE INITIAL VELOCITY ON THE DISPERSION CHARACTERISTICS OF SNIPER WEAPONS
AuthorsMedvetskiy Sergey Vladimirovich Baskakov Vladimir Dmitrievich Zenko Zakhar Aleksandrovich Key words:sniper weapons, initial velocity, spread of values, dispersion | Annotation:The reasons causing the dispersion of sniper small arms bullets are considered and it is shown that all their diversity can be reduced to three groups — the spread of the values of the initial velocity of the bullet, the spread of the values of the throwing angles and the disturbances experienced by the bullet when flying along the trajectory. According to the results of the performed analysis, it was found that the main reason is the spread of the values of the initial velocities of bullets when fired. The mathematical modeling of the bullet flight using a system of external ballistics equations showed that with an increase in the average value of the initial velocity of the bullet, the diameter of the scattering of bullets caused by the spread of initial velocities decreases. Therefore, in order to reduce the dispersion of bullets, along with reducing the spread of the initial velocity of bullets, one should strive to increase the average value of the initial velocity of the bullet. Enikeeva Key words:segregation, glass-ceramics, armored sitall, hardness, armored ceramics, surface density, fractography, ballistic impact | Annotation:The influence of technological segregation (non-mixing) of glass components, which occurs due to the lack of the ability to mix glass mass during melting, on the physical and mechanical properties of glass-ceramics (bronesitall) obtained from it is considered. Visible to the naked eye on the surface of artificially crystallized glass (glass-ceramics) as «marble stains», segregation, as previously assumed, causes instability of both ballistic and physical-mechanical properties. The conducted studies (measurements of density, hardness, X-ray phase and differential thermal analysis, scanning microscopy and fractography of bronesitall fractures after a ballistic impact showed that there are no significant differences in properties between samples with and without segregation. Instability of properties can be caused by microcracks on the surface of bronesitall after glass crystallization. Pages131-139 Code UDC:666.3-121 |
