METHOD FOR REGISTERING THE MAXIMUM VALUES OF THE PARAMETERS OF THE STRESS-STRAIN STATE OF BUILDING STRUCTURES OF GROUNDBASED SPACE INFRASTRUCTURE
AuthorsGusev Nikolay Nikolaevich Maslov Vladimir Olegovich Key words:Monitoring methods, monitoring, primary string transducer, string vibration amplitude, stress-strain state, secondary equipment | Annotation:The article is devoted to the method of recording the maximum values of the parameters of the stress-strain state of building structures, which can be implemented in the monitoring of objects of ground-based space infrastructure. The article presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies, showing the influence on the amplitude of the oscillations of the resonator of the primary converter of the parameters of the excitation pulses and the position of the electromagnetic excitation coil of the secondary equipment of the monitoring systems. It is proved that the approximation of the experimental values of the resonator oscillation frequency in a string transducer by a polynomial of the sixth degree gives the most accurate result. The proposed method makes it possible to evaluate the technical condition of building structures both by the current values of the stress-strain state parameters and by the maximum values under conditions of special loads and impacts. APPROXIMATION OF PARETO DISTRIBUTION BY EXPONENTIAL FUNCTIONS WITH REAL AND COMPLEX WEIGHT COEFFICIENTS
AuthorsZinnurov Salavat Halilovich Abazina Eugenia Sergeevna Mishin Dmitriy Yurevich Sevоstyanov Andrey Sergeevich Key words:queuing system, Pareto distribution, infocommunication system, approximation method | Annotation:Abstract: The paper proposes an approach to the approximation of an arbitrary density of a random variable distribution by decomposing the original density function into a series of orthogonal functions with a finite number of terms. Considering that exponential functions are not orthogonal, the Gram-Schmidt method was used, which allows reproducing a set of orthonormal functions in the form of linear combinations of exponential functions. An example of approximation of the Pareto distribution density by two exponential densities with real and complex weight coefficients is considered. Numerical characteristics of a random variable for various approximable distribution density functions were obtained using the Matlab application software package. Pages36-43 Code UDC:004.02 |

RADAR CROSS SECTION OF MULTICOPTER UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES, WHICH POSE A THREAT TO THE OBJECTS OF PROTECTION OF THE TROOPS OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
AuthorsAndryushchenko Mikhail Sergeevich Golik Aleksandr Mikhailovich Sahnov Sergey Alekseevich Key words:unmanned aerial vehicle, effective scattering area, radar, characteristic, polarization, diagram | Annotation:The radar characteristics of the most common commercial unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), which pose a threat to the objects of protection of the troops of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, had been considered in this article. The polar diagrams of the radar cross section (RCS) of a multicopter type UAV on the vertical and horizontal polarization of the microwave range, obtained as a result of measurements in a compact anechoic chamber, are presented. As a result, the presented radar characteristics confirmed that the average RCS of the UAV depends on the shape, size and of the materials used in the design, the wavelength and polarization of the radar radiation. An analysis of the results made it possible to conclude that the polar diagrams of the RCS of various devices have sharp differences, and the average RCS values of the considered UAVs do not exceed 0,1 m2. AuthorsKurkov Sergey Nikolaevich Kurkov Dmitry Sergeevich Komratov Mikhail Alexandrovich Nazarov Dmitry Leonidovich Key words:mini unmanned aerial vehicle (MBPLA), potentially dangerous object (POO), automatic machine-gun grenade launcher (AGS), mathematical expectation (MOG), random variables (SV), mean square deviations (SKO) | Annotation:A simulation model is proposed for evaluating the effectiveness of the defeat of a mini unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) when firing from automatic grenade launcher weapons. The advantages of the simulation method in comparison with the analytical method are shown. The probability of hitting a UAV (quadcopter) was estimated using the method of modeling the process of hitting a target with a fragmentation field, in a three-dimensional coordinate system. The total probability of hitting the quadcopter is calculated as the sum of the probabilities of hitting in three visible planes using the Solidworks software package. To solve the problem of determining the probability of damage to the most particularly important elements of the quadcopter, the finite element method was used. Programming is performed in the ANSYS program using the ADPL format and the Fortran programming language. Pages62-72 Code UDC:623.746 |

IMPROVING THE PROTECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF SPECIAL PRODUCTS THROUGH THE USE OF POLYMER ARMOR
AuthorsSilnikov Nikita Mikhailovich Novak Olga Sergeevna Shifrina Victoria Yuryevna Key words:armored clothing, armored panels, ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), import substitution, organoplastics, polymer composite materials, UHMWPE fiber production, UHMWPE fabric production, ballistic tests, RUSSIL, UHMWPE polyethylene production shop | Annotation:The article analyzes the use of materials in armor protection, such as steel, aramid, ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene and provides their characteristics. When comparing UHMWPE and aramid, it was concluded that the bulk of the parameters, in addition to resistance to high temperatures, viscosity and ultimate curl, are higher in UHMWPE. The method of production of UHMWPE fiber and UD materials is considered. The analysis of ballistic tests of blocks of soft and rigid structure is carried out. The domestic companies producing UHMWPE yarns and cloths are considered. The authors have established a linear relationship between the number of punched sheets and the speed of the striker. This indicates a mechanism in which a certain amount of momentum, not energy, is lost by the striker when one sheet of UD is penetrated, and where the loss of momentum of the striker does not depend on the speed of impact on the sheet of UD inside the package.
