Method of estimating the noise quality of the receiving systems of ground-based satellite monitoring radio monitoring systems

To solve the problem of determining the sources of interfering radio emissions, there are ground-based radio monitoring complexes (CRM), the most important characteristic of which is the noise quality factor of the receiving systems, which allows to determine the quality of reception of radio signals in the interests of their further processing. Approach to the droplet lifetime assessment at evaporation in the two-phase flow during diesel evaporating coo ling

The use of two-stage pressurization significantly complicates the design of the air supply system. One of the effective ways to reduce the charge air temperature is evaporative cooling. However, the gain in power and efficiency of the internal combustion engine decreases due to the need to compress the formed water vapor and additional losses due to disruption of the air flow kinematics, the need to transport droplets and water films along the surfaces of the centrifugal compressor flow part. This article is dedicated to the description of work, special features of use, installation and to the analysis of the positive and negative properties of different types of technical equipment for guarantee safety of the perimeter of the guarded object. It is emphasized that perimeter security can be carried out both with physical barriers and with the use of modern security alarm systems. It is concluded that at the moment it is impossible to distinguish a universal system of protection, and it is necessary to analyze a large amount of information: the possibility of highlighting the exclusion strip, terrain, the design and material of the fence, vegetation, the presence of a close railways or highways migratory paths of animals and birds, as well as much more. Color control devices are used to measure color — colorimeters, comparators, and spectrocolorimeters. The main characteristics of the systems for measuring the color of R, G, B and X, Y, Z. The issues of constructing a graph of chromaticity CIE. It is shown that the colorimetric evaluation of opaque samples is carried out under one of the following illumination and observation conditions: standard optical geometry of measurement; standard light source; standard observer. Methodological aspects of colorimetric analysis of the properties of the camouflage pattern are illustrated using the example of a study of 20 samples of camouflage fabrics, which were made using black dyes from various manufacturers. It is noted that the correct methods for substantiating the norms of special security for the RF Armed Forces have not been developed. The article proposes principles for assessing the standards of special security, using the theory of risk insurance, it is shown that the task of determining the norms of special safety and the task of determining the volume of a special risk insurance fund are the direct and inverse problems of the risk insurance equation. For special risk assessments, it is proposed to take into account non-applied and un-prevented damage resulting from an accident with ammunition armaments, military and special equipment. The implementation of relevant test programs requires substantial expenditures of material and time resources. Since the organization of any type of testing is carried out based on a sampling approach, one of the promising ways to reduce these costs is to reduce the number of munitions included in the statistical sampling during testing. The article is devoted to the development of methodological provisions for such a reduction while maintaining the representativeness of the sample. Ensuring the required accuracy and reliability of statistical evaluations is achieved by the fact that, along with the directly obtained test results, additional information is taken into account on the possible values of the technical characteristics of the properties of ammunition. The formulas for estimation of visibility range in aerosol environment

We considered two types of aerosol-formed by the combustion of powder and the evaporation of glycol solution in water. Studies were carried out by the method of «disappearance of the object». An appropriate experimental setup was used to carry out the research. As a result, the dependences of the aerosol mass concentration on optical density D and the visibility range L on optical density D and mass concentration Q of aerosol are obtained. It is shown that the object of protection in the aerosol when illuminated from behind or from the side is observed further than when illuminated by the observer. The obtained ratios L = f (Q), Q = f (D), or L = f (D) will be useful in testing aerosol means non-lethal effects on violators, as well as in mathematical modeling of the formulation of optically opaque aerosol screens in protected areas. The use of a device based on bone conduction is a reliable channel for obtaining sound information from the environment, which means that it expands the capabilities of a person. The method of bone conduction study for subjective evaluation of acoustic efficiency of head, thoracic and abdominal personal protective equipment against high-intensity and low-frequency noise is described. Bone conduction headsets should be used to improve PPE, which will allow to maintain speech contact at the optimal level in conditions of high-intensity and low-frequency noise.
