The method, unlike analogues, takes into account the mutual dependence of the elements of the communication network and the impact of destructive software influences. The model developed based on the presented method allows obtaining a number of important quantitative characteristics of the communication network. The developed method and model can be used in the design and operation of communication networks, as well as in control systems that use telecommunications resources, to improve the intellectualization of decisions. The substantial statement of the specified problem is given. The solution is reduced to constructing an optimal set of ensembles from the vertices of a multi-modal graph (one vertex from each of its fractions). To assess the quality of a set of these ensembles, the theory of fuzzy sets is used. An algorithm for solving the problem under consideration based on one of the methods for solving the maximum flow problems is proposed. When creating a system of protection and defense of military facilities to increase the probability of detection of the offender used detection tools that work on different physical principles. The most preferable is the use of sensors based on the passive method of operation. The disadvantages of passive sensors are sensitivity to weather conditions and technogenic factors, which is manifested in the form of a high probability of false positives, such sensors include seismic. The article presents a technique that allows to determine the integral index of stability, taking into account the survivability, reliability, noise immunity and cyber stability. As this indicator in the technique the coefficient of serviceable action of Ku is used. In its assessment, the prediction of the distribution of different types (methods, means) of impact on the elements of the ITCS is carried out, taking into account the place and role of the elements in the system, the order of impact on the elements is determined and the most dangerous effects are identified. Presented is the basis for development of a Common Guided Artillery Projectile (CGAP) - a type of advanced precision guided shell meant to facilitate the process of supplying artillery systems with guided munitions thus increasing their relevance in modern warfare. A list of operational requirements for such a projectile is presented. A variant of a CGAP to be used in a wide range of artillery systems with minimal modification is proposed. It is shown that the task of determining the conformity of color and reflection spectra to a natural standard is reduced to measuring, comparing the reference composite color with the composite color of the material in the visible, IR ranges and determining the degree of their similarity. Maksim Anatolievich Keywords: | Abstract:Various weather factors have a great influence on the displacement of the muzzle from the theoretical axis of the barrel channel of a tank gun, which entails a significant reduction in shooting accuracy. To reduce the influence of these negative factors in modern tank artillery heat shield are used. Aluminum tanks are used on domestic tanks, which make the entire structure heavier and complicate the process of replacing the kit with the crew’s forces. Several variants of heat-shielding housings for a tank gun made of composite material were developed. Stand equipment has been developed to simulate such weather factors as rain, wind and solar radiation. A series of tests on the effect of each weather factor on the tank barrel was carried out. Data were obtained on the displacement of the axis of the bore under the influence of these factors and an experimental evaluation was made of the effectiveness of the heat shield for a tank gun. Modern methods and techniques of conducting a hybrid war require more and more attention from forensic scientists. When developing methods and ways to overcome hybrid threats, it is necessary to take into account a fairly wide range of possibilities of conducting a hybrid war. The events that took place in 2014, associated with the emergence of new psychoactive substances (surfactants) in a number of regions of Russia, were used as an analytical base. The nature of the impact on the human body testified to the presence of a new surfactant more pronounced toxic properties, which led to the onset of more severe consequences of use and a sharp increase in the probability of death from external causes. The results of the study indicate that effective forecasting for the development of effective means and methods of counteraction requires new approaches.
