The systematization of accident sources has been carried out, the consequences caused by accident sources have been analyzed. A method has been developed for an integrated assessment of the risk of accidents. At the first stage of the method, the probability of emergence of an emergency source is calculated. At the second stage of the method, an estimation of the accident rate of each type of accident is given, at the third stage of the method an integral assessment of the risk of an emergency occurs. The proposed method will make it possible to forecast the development of an emergency situation with a risk assessment in the planning of a mission, and in case of a high risk - to review the conditions for the implementation of the planned mission. Results of simulation of impact of the drummer on the flexible link structure

A three-dimensional model of interacting bodies with high simulation accuracy for a bullet (a three-layer shell with a 5.45 mm core) was developed. As a result of modeling the step experiment is carried out and the most vulnerable points of the link structure are determined, which determine the probabilistic nature of formation of processes of deviation and crushing of the drummer. The presented model proves the possibility of a positive effect on the resistance to the effects of kinetic damaging elements of structures with irregular surface and volume, having the properties of shaping. The probabilistic outcome of the resistance relative to the coordinates of the surface, suggests the need to develop new methods for assessing resistance, based on the fractal geometry of self-similar systems. To do this, first of all, it is necessary to allocate the energy of eight frequency components in the received signal: four for the lower part and four for the upper part of the spectral region of the main harmonics. The article deals with the calculation of the energy spectrum of signals using fast Fourier transform (FFT). It also shows the calculation of the spectrum, using filters Hertzel, tuned to these frequencies. The resulting expressions for their definition are derived. The simulation is based on the solution of the thermal problem by the finite difference method. The positive effect of the growth of ballistic resistance of the hardened PСA is confirmed, as well as the fundamental design factors determining its dissipative properties are determined. The depth of penetration of a heavy impactor into porous aluminum strengthened by microarc oxidation is determined. Paper shows the influence of load coefficient (the ratio of the composition mass to the shell mass) on ammunition acoustic and light action. The light effect is characterized by the dependence of energy illumination on time. At low load coefficients the combustion of «active shell», which is dispersed by the explosion, is out of compression phase of weak shock wave and last one does not receive extra energy. The intensity of the wave generated by such explosion is significantly reduced compared to the explosion of explosive charge without an «active shell». In addition, at a lower maximum value of irradiation, the integral characteristic of radiation will be higher, which allows to achieve a longer time of «temporary blinding» of the target with a lower probability of irreversible damage to the eye. The principle of their formation consists in multiplying the carrier signal by a pseudo-random sequence (PNP) with a clock frequency much exceeding the bandwidth of the information signal. The effect of multiple spreading of the spectrum makes it possible to achieve the required reliability of information transmission, even at small signal-to-noise ratios, which makes it possible to use the RSSMS to transmit information critical to the user (for example, control commands and overheads) in a complicated interference situation.
