This article proposes a methodology for the prediction of impacts on telecommunications and information technology network. For this purpose, on the basis of information theory and the matrix approach, the characteristics of the impacts, to evaluate their informativeness, are built and refined the original matrix and telecommunications network and solved a number of problems on forecasting of impacts. This approach allows to predict known effects on the basis of changes in network status and signs of stress.

The article is devoted to the development of resonance-wave method for protection of autonomous control systems (ADR) - radio controlled fuses and electronic control units onboard equipment (BAU) precision-guided munitions from shock loads. The method consists in the displacement of natural frequencies of mechanical oscillations of the considered devices towards higher frequencies, where the shock acceleration spectral density is the lowest. The class of the moving objects representing bodies of rotation, which have received for one reason or another deformations of the case is considered. Systematization of types of deformations is given, ways of their description are defined, the defining parameters of dynamics of the deformed bodies are revealed. The concept of equivalent geometrical parameters of different forms is entered. The comparative analysis of influence of deformations on aerodynamic characteristics of the deformed bodies is carried out and conclusions are drawn on possible negative influences of deformation on dynamics of the movement.

This paper provides experimental data of amplitude-time conditions of the non-linear waves and confirms the well-known fact about the independence of wave parametric variation regularity from impulse source origins. Paper shows that non-linear wave conditions obey the conformity of Q1/3 within the wide energy release range 10-8 < Q < 1010 kg TNT and specified distances 0,8< R/Q1/3 < 103 m/kg1/3. Approximate dependencies for the wave conditions average values in the surface air are proposed.

Submitted by solving the problem of reducing false alarms to adapt screening technology based on the method of neutron radiation analysis in aviation security procedures. It shows the testing of the algorithm processing the neutron facilities in UVP-8101 and UVP-3102CR for inspection respectively luggage and liquids, aerosols and gels at the airport Vnukovo-1. The results obtained allowed to recommend the Federal Air Transport Agency and the FSB setting UVP-3102CR for the screening of liquids in all Russian airports.
