The method offered in article is based on use of the known scientifically-methodical device of imitating modelling. A feature of this system is the absence of a priori information about the location of the source of illumination. You can get them by means of passive radar included in the multiposition system. Based on the analysis produced by these media are determined by coordinates, and evaluates the potential for use outside the radar station as a source of illumination. The reasons are analyzed for the emergency created on the Baku- Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline and methods are considered for elimination of aftermath of oil pollution caused by the accident on the Deepwater Horison platform in the Gulf of Mexico. Ecological terrorism is regarded as a mechanism for aggravation of international relations, whereas bioterrorism is regarded as a means of test of biological weapon of mass destruction. The author lists basic methods of oil spill control and provides a definition of bioremediation.
